After being obese/overweight for the majority of my life, I started working on eating better and exercising 4-5 times a week. I cut out soda/sugary drinks, (most) fast food, and starting drinking smoothies packed with greens and fruits for breakfast.
It gets easier, I promise. And I feel better than ever. Support each other, it’s important!
